Carrie’s interest in the durability and craftsmanship of antique furniture lead her to enroll in the furniture making program at the Chicago School of Woodworking a few years ago where she fell in love with the process of woodworking and making furniture. Carrie has several years of experience as an educator and academic advisor with both youth and adult learners, which lends itself to helping her create classes and curriculum for Dykes With Drills.
